I thought it was rather predictable. As soon as the delivery arrived, the following endings jumped into my head:

1. He will take the package, and his towel will drop.
2. He will get locked out with the towel because he stepped out to get the package.
3. He will somehow lose his towel and get locked out naked with the box inside.
4. He will somehow lose the towel and get locked out naked with the only the box to cover up his shame.
